Additional Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Referral One program – 23rd November, 2020
Be advised that several different Referral Programs may co-exist at the same time or only one of the several ones at any given point in time. Per user account only one Referral Program may be active and being part of one Referral program automatically excludes that account from any other Referral programs. These additional T&Cs are to be read and understood as being part of the overall T&Cs and Privacy Policies.
We reserve the right to amend, add or delete part of whole of these additional T&Cs for this “Referral One” program at any time without any prior notice.
Any Saurus.com user that has an active account with us, meaning it has at least one or more incoming and one or more outgoing transactions per month, referred hereinafter as Active-User, is eligible to participate in this “Referral One” program.
Any Active-User that refers a new user by giving the new user his personal referral code, and the new user creates a new paying monthly subscription account with Saurus.com and the Active-User is identified as his personal referral by the new user entering the Active-User referral code in his Saurus.com account than that new user becomes an Active-Referral to the Active-User.
Any Active-User that refers a new user by giving the new user his personal referral code, and the new user creates a new “Saurus GO, or also referred to as a “Pay As You GO” account with no monthly subscription fees with Saurus.com and the Active-User is identified as his personal referral by the new user entering the Active-User referral code in his Saurus.com account than that new user becomes an Passive-Referral to the Active-User.
It is at our sole discretion to pay the Active-Referral in monies transferred into his Saurus.com personal account or in any such other means or similar value, such as for example in “digital representation of future shares” at the same value as the last equity investment received by us. Any such “digital representation of future shares” if and when available in future without any prior notice and at our sole discretion are aimed to be instead of monies due by us to you under this “Referral One” program or as a fifty-fifty of the monies due to you in EUR or GBP as applicable and fifty-fifty of the monies due to you in “digital representation of future shares” at the same value as the last equity investment received by us OR at sole discretion a choice we may give you of any of the previous payment methods from us to you under this “Referral One” program.
Personal Accounts
Business Accounts
Active-Referral.
The Active-User will receive each month, starting in month 2 an amount of equivalent to a AR% (see table “Referral One” benefits to you above) of the month 2 and onwards monthly subscription fee of each such Active-Referral, up and till such time as the Active-User receives the equivalent of the Active-Referral second month´s monthly fee, meaning capped to that 2nd monthly fee paid by the Active-Referral to us.
The Active-User will receive the monthly payment of AR% of Active-Referral second month and thereafter, each month provided that each such month the Active-Referral pays his monthly subscription and complies with the definition of being an Active-Referral and each of those months the Active-User complies with the definition of being an Active-User. Such referral payment will be capped and stop after any month that any previous condition is not met or when the total aggregate amount received by Active-User from any such Active-Referral has reached the amount of month 2 paid to us by any such Active-Referral.
As an example: An Active-Referral, pays in month 2 and onwards 12,99 EURO or 12.99 GBP to us as a private Premium Account monthly subscription fee.
The Active-User will receive from month 2 after Active-Referral started his account, and after we receive i.e. the 12,99 EURO monthly subscription fee, the amount of 10% of 12,99 = 1,3 EURO. Active-User will receive that same amount each month thereafter for 9 months assuming Active-Referral keeps paying each month, meaning Active-User receives = 9 X 1,3 = 12 EURO and the last month after that receives 0,99 EURO to make up the total of 12,99 EURO in this example.
Passive-Referral.
The Active-User will receive each month, starting in month 2 an amount of equivalent to PR% (see table “Referral One” benefits to you above) of the month 2 and onwards monthly “Pay As You Go” current account outgoing transfer fees plus the outgoing point of sale (POS) card fees paid to us of each such Passive-Referral, up and till such time as the Active-User receives the equivalent of PR EURO (see table “Referral One” benefits to you here”) if Active-User resides in EEA excluding UK or PR GBP if Active-User resides in UK, meaning capped to that value.
The Active-User will receive the monthly payment of in example PR% = 10% of Passive-Referral outgoing current account transfer fees plus the outgoing POS fees each month thereafter starting in month 2, provided that each such month the Passive-Referral pays his monthly fees and complies with the definition of being an Active-Referral and each of those months the Active-User complies with the definition of being an Active-User. Such referral payment will be capped and stop after any month that any previous condition is not met or when the total aggregate amount received by Active-User from any such Passive-Referral has reached the amount of PR EURO or PR GBP as applicable.
As an example: A Passive-Referral, pays us in month 2 and onwards say i.e. PR EURO = 9 EURO to us as a private “Saurus Go” (“Pay As You Go”) Account monthly as the sum of his outgoing current account transfer fees plus his outgoing POS payment fees.
The Active-User will receive from month 2 after Passive-Referral started his account, and after we receive i.e. the previous mentioned 9 EURO in aggregate monthly fees of those outgoing transactions fees, the amount of in example PR% = 10% than 10% of 9 = 0,9 EURO. Active-User will receive that same amount each month thereafter for 11 months assuming Passive-Referral keeps paying each month all his due fees, meaning Active-User receives = 11 X 0,9 = 9,9 EURO and the last month after that receives 0,1 EURO to make up the total of 10 EURO in this example.
